    Cleaning old brick

What chems would you suggest for this building. Strong SH didn't do much. Here's a pic. Thanks!

Remove aluminum siding oxidation stains from brick

Not seeing a lot of action on the forum about this type of cleaning. Definitely a problem in my area. What takes care of it? Graffiti removal products? There is a company with a youtube video in my area with a process that does a good job. Looks like a 2 part chemical process.

X-jet or 12v pump for chems

Thinking of getting an X-jet (M-jet actually) for some of the deck cleaning and stucco I get from time to time. My thinking is I get the x-jet to spray the precarb and oxilic for decks at $140ish. Looking for some pro's and con's between x-jet vs. 12v pump. Cheaper and simpler than getting...

House wash for painted brick cleaning?

Hey guys, I mainly softwash vinyl siding as an add on, however, a friend wants to do a service trade to clean his building. It is a very dark gray painted brick. Mainly dirt from the busy road it's on. Will a house wash mix do the trick? Thanks!

    Run without buffer tank?

Any safe way to go without buffer tank? Running 5.5 gpm machine. Didn't get all my ducks in a row for buffer tank yet and have jobs to do. Tried on a couple homes and water flow was not enough. Shut it down and used the little guy ☹️ Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

    You will hate this...

Let me start off by saying that I am not into KEC. My buddy however landed 16 accounts by some magic and has no experience. Landed as in its a go and start dates...I know, terrible! I told him to walk away, need to know what you're doing before hand. But here we are. I have done...

    Deal no Deal?

Ran across this deal, check it out. 5.5gmp belt drive for $1300 and change? I'm assuming GP means general pump. Please advise. Thanks!

    What ya guys think?

Was going to spring for a 4gmp machine this season and stumbled upon this. Just curious for some opinions. I am not a full time pressure washing business. A van would be nice for my window cleaning stuff, and power washer ready to go in back would be nice. Thanks...

    Question for big job

My painter buddy landed a contract to pressure wash and repaint a large warehouse. Something like 2000ft long. Problem is only one water spigot. How should he tackle this? He needs to supply 2 or 3 powerwashers @ 3-4 gpm each. Buffertank with a booster pump seem like the way to go...

    To strip, or just clean...

Ok, so my friend wants me to clean his deck again. Last time after cleaning he used an oil based stain. Now, he wants to use a water or latex based stain because his neighbor did. Should I just clean with precarb and brighten, and let him do his thing? Or would it be vital to strip because...

    New to wood restoration

My business is mainly window cleaning, but I get asked about decks a lot! My question is, do you always have to strip the old stain off before applying a new one? Only decks I have done were friends with no previous stain.

    Oh no! Aluminum siding!

Hello guys. New to the power washing world and already ran into a crummy job. I washed this aluminum sided apartment building for a friend/customer. Used standard SH and elemonator mixed to spec's. Used Gutter Grenade on the gutters as well. House wash got the algae and dirt off great...

    Hello from Detroit!

Good morning everyone! I've just started learning how the pro's pressure wash thanks to the forums. I have a residential/storefront window cleaning business so pressure washing is a nice add on service. Currently working with a Dewalt 2.8gpm machine. Has served me well so far, but would...
