I just stripped a 450 sf deck with lots of lattice yesterday. It had two coats of CWF-UV, and was pretty nasty. I mixed up a batch of HD-80, mixed at 8oz per gallon of water. I sprayed it on with a pump sprayer, and let it dwell about 10 minutes. It was about 60 degrees out. I was shocked...

I'm looking for a soap that will do a reasonable job of cleaning, but most of all, it has to be safe. I don't want to risk trashing a windshield or tanks. Is phosphoric safe for all surfaces? I'm just starting to go after the truck wash market, and in time I can move to stronger chems, but...
