And I thought I had a bad day yesterday because a lift bucket broke down a few times on a job. Sounds like you did have a bad day John but Russ is right. It could have all turned out alot worse. Count your blessings. Hopefully things start looking up for you! Stay possitive! 
Not implying it was, just guys need to know that liability is what it is.
Ultimiatly the home owner & Adrian are liable. I'm not suggesting you pursue this just suggesting to those giving free advice and labor for learning to be aware.
If you got hurt on my job you would have seen a doctor in a few minutes.
I dont full around with injuries, I have seen something stupid turn into a big mess.

Very true Ron, And I completely understand your reason behind your policy, When I was at halliburton some thing was instated.
I do carry my own insurance policy and did reassure Adrian that this was in no way his fault. I will be however pursuing the guy and the owner of the truck that hit me.
Im just at a loss for words at the moment, June and July were going to be very big months for me, and if I cannont use 1 hand it will be very difficult to get the jobs done, If things do go as planned for june and july I will probably hire help, or sub out work.
I honestly thought that the hand surgery would be a very minor procedure but what I am learning from my doctor is that it is a very big incision going all the way down the palm then they butterfly the incision open, If I go with the surgery I wont have any use for my hand for 3 months.
Quite honestly tho There is in no way that any more bad events can happen to me or my family, Been a very bad 6 months and Im sure that all this bull will be turn around soon.
at least Ive got pwi to frequent all day long

I feel bad for your loss, this is and could be a huge burden on you and family.
Its a wake up call for everyone out there supporting there familys how things can change in a minute.
My brother was in a serious auto accident oct 2007, he has major Brain injuries. His whole life and world changed in a second.
If i can help in anyway please let me know, hopefully you will work this out.
