Steep Roof!

yea my thoughts exactly plus your getting to the root of the customers desire "improving they're home" or having they're dwellings "environmentally sound"

and i completely understand what Chris is saying on a tech. level .forgot this thread was about someones website  .... but as for as print and personal introductory basis i think i will go with one of these descriptions.

HAPPY NEW YEAR TO ALL!!!! MAY WE ALL BE PROSPEROUS.
Yeah, but are your customers really looking for exterior cleaning ?

Here in Florida, the search terms are pressure cleaning, presure washing.
In some area;s it is power washing.

damn just realised this thread was about Chris's steep roof i really am confused.(hungover)
It don't freaking matter!
Me, Russ, Time, Mike, and many others "hijack" each others threads on a regular basis!

PWI is a laid back kinda place, by us, for us, and we feel free to talk about what we want, and let a thread take it's own course.

IF anything is important to you, ask it in any thread, at any time.
The possible exception is in the experts forum.

Glad to have ya around DOG!

THANKS Chris for making me feel welcome!

now i will change subject again.

just had my wife pick up a copy of every free real estate and "other" publication while at the grocery store. a total of 6. 4 real estates. two parenting.and 1 senior citizens. no home improvement ad's at all nothing?

now when i read that real estate publications are a good place for ad's are these the kind they were referring to?

on a positive note i was completely flabbergasted at how many of the houses(most visibly roofs) were filthy!! i have begun creating a script for cold calling realtors .

anybody else recognise this opportunity?

any tips or ideas when dealing with realtors? i am vaguely familiar with being careful about kick backs and real estate law. any interesting experiences or interesting way's around this?

i understand about web purposes. I'm talking about company identity.
It really don't matter what you think you are.
What matters is how potential customers think of you.

Think like a customer trying to find you.

You're right Chris, I am a softwasher, but my keywords are roof cleaning and pressure washing. Tallahassee customers are familiar with softwashing, but there are still lots of people here who think pressure washing/cleaning are the only way to clean homes so I have to advertise under those titles also.

Me too!
I do not even OWN a Pressure Washer.
It scares my custommers, LOL
But, I advertise in roof cleaning and Pressure Washing.
For some unknown reason, tile roof customers still look there ?

in a way you just made my point with this post.

why limit yourself to just roof cleaning and pw? you do improve they're homes right?

and your exactly right it is what the customer thinks. so why limit my company to just cleaning things with pressure /no pressure when most of them wont understand that concept anyway?

instead they will know me as someone that improves they re home who specializes in pressure/no pressure washing.

no debate just trying to establish my company identity before i pay the graphics guy. your opinion is important.
