Steep Roof!

Apple Roof Cleaning

Roof Cleaning Instructor
Here is one we just did today.
I have had very few roofs I have walked away from, but this one was borderline.
The shingles were old, and granules were loose.
It was a two story, 10/12 pitch, and windy as all heck.

Here are two thumbnails my customer took.

This was a 3500 sq ft home, cost was 1200.00 for cleaning.
We did a smaller roof today for 450.00 after this one.

This was a previous customer who just bought this lakefront home, and she remembered us!

I am seen holding the ladder, the grey haired "Old Man", and that is Kevin, the latest in a long line of roof cleaners I have trained.

From the side of the two story part where the ladder is to the top of the roof was almost 30 feet!

We are using a simple ball valve with a shoot nozzle attached.

It was an extremely windy day, and we had to "wind compensate" our shots, LOL

My groundman thinks I'm nuts, But I probably would have laddered a corner and took the ridge up to the top. Much safer the way you did it. 3500sq for $1200, do it silver!

yep , i try to walk everything i can !!!!! i quit drinking and drugging way back so now i just try to kill myself at work !!!!!!!
Well ....quit the druggin way back too, and like a drink every now and then ....
I hit this roof with a pretty strong TSP solution.
When it rains, it will look even better.
There was no vegation to worry about, she is replacing all the landscaping.

Nothing prettier then a steep roof, when it is clean ....

I don't know if you would want to ridge walk this one ?
The top ridge would be OK, but getting up a corner it is 2 story 10/12 pitch!

The valley's were of no help, and granules were loose everywhere.

Well, it's done, we are payed, we got souvenirs, and roof cleaning boards got posts.

everyone is happy !!!!!! yahooooooooo !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Russ, I looked at my picture, seen all that grey hair, yikes!

Bought me some hair dye, gonna hit my head tonight.

Never did it before, but .....

No don't do it! I won't call you silver anymore, I promise.
I was LOOKING for a semi permanent color, but wound up wiith a permanent one.

Thank GOD I read the box!

I may try a semi permanent one, if you don't like it, it washes out in a week or so.

I like the roof cleaning added to your title Russ.
I like it too!
My Presure Washing friends that are doing roofs use names like this "Tampa Pressure Washing and NON PRESSURE Roof Cleaning.

If you have Pressure Washing in your name, you might scare some customers away ?

I mean, how does one know you aren't gonna use a Power Washer on their roof.

Another advantage to using the term "Tampa Pressure Washing and NON PRESSURE Roof Cleaning is this.

You double up on the keyword PRESSURE!

Just a thought .....

i was thinking somewhere along the lines of
"exterior cleaning"
"home improvement"
"environmental services"
followed with "specializing in PW & low pressure roof cleaning etc."

We find the more keywords you have, the more confusing it makes it for a search engine.

Better to have separate PAGES targeted to specific keywords.

My suggestion to start, see what the MAIN search term a customer in your area would use to find you ?

Then, optimize for that.

Then, you can make an environmental page, a home improvement page, etc, etc.

Remember, the middle of the road is for those wishing to get run over.

I'm headed towards the exterior cleaning title. Its all encompassing.

yea my thoughts exactly plus your getting to the root of the customers desire "improving they're home" or having they're dwellings "environmentally sound"

and i completely understand what Chris is saying on a tech. level .forgot this thread was about someones website  .... but as for as print and personal introductory basis i think i will go with one of these descriptions.

HAPPY NEW YEAR TO ALL!!!! MAY WE ALL BE PROSPEROUS.
