If you are doing a Mickey-Dees and they use the smaller ducting with the pull out fryers ( I think it was the standard set up from 93-2004) foam from the top and pull the tip up the foam will fill the tube and not go all the way up. Let it sit and drain and just blow it out and you will not have to do any duct work as long as it has been maintained.Usually we don't have to even spin them just the water running down the duct cleans it out ( BY the way I LOVE cleaning good old fashoned american grease off SO MUCH EASIER THAN THAI or chineese) Congrats on the foam !!!!
