I will be adding new photos of our new Hotbox we made this weekend as well as photos of the new gate for the big guys to slide under the hose reels. This trailer is 14ft and crammed especially with the 25 gallon diesel tank and generator now. What would you change, and yes the new fenders will be put on soon.

I just had a few minutes extra and wanted to post the thread before the photos just to add suspense to the whole thread, so keep on waiting and hush your B%t%h%ng

OK MobileWash Pro - Who pre-releases a notice of pictures in the photo forum with no pics?? Come On, I've got a new welder and I'm looking for more projects, post already!

here are just a few photos of the new setup for this week. Something changes every week on this rig.

Bob from PressureTek.com sent me the coil, burner and misc parts. Jason formerly from Allstar Wash did the welding including the raised platform for the surface cleaners to slide under. The rear has a gate on it now that locks to lock the surface cleaners into place. There are very few items on my trailer that could be stolen without the aid of a forklift or other large object that would lift 1k easily. Everything is bolted down or strapped down with the straps sort of hidden and hard to get to. I have no problems loosing a wand or 2, or small tool chest with misc. parts on it to a theif, as long as they leave the expensive mess alone

just the ablilty to have it horizontal and making it capable of housing 4 gpm machines into one frame.

Even if it were 500 cheaper it is still not worth the trouble and time it takes to make one, unless your making something no-one sells for a decent price

But you can say you made it. plus it was prob. fun to build. thats on my list. but i have blue prints on autochadd for a coil the size of my trailerand 2 burnners one on each end. BTU's should be way up there but it will be for 2 PWs and one coil. less wasted room and custom mounted PW's. but I will hpoefully build it next year. I will be building 2 one for a guy in mex.

Duelling flame throwers on a trailer sized coil - maybe you should be El Diablo!

Not popped in for 4 weeks and over 4000 post, " I missed alot"

That sounds like a lot of fuel in one coil. How much water you want to heat, the two pumps total? and what temp you want to hit?

still working on the rough edges but its just to save space and run at least 2 10gpm+ Pumps the heat will stay in the burnner longer and the water will travel trough the coil longer giving it a chance to heatup more, hope to hit up in the 220's+actual water temp.but the hoses are way outta my price range!!! I got scared when i got the quote for the hose and coil. so its on the back burnner for now untill he comes up with some cash.$$$ his buddy is the chemist and needs to heat the water for his new chem. not sure what it is but he said it will be sweet on grease and oil. but the cost is about $240 for 55 gal. but i will get it free to try in the feild tests. he has done some cool stuff. in his life time just wish he lived in the us. he makes chems for a PW contractor in puerto vallarta,Ixtapa,Mex.DF,last chem i got from him was good but it was an additive for my chem.
