FORCED To Reclaim on Fundraiser Car Wash

I am sorry, but I have had a major inner ear problem that has had me down since Memorial Day with surgery on June 9th.

Now I have completed a program for reasonable, rational, and logical BMPs for municipalities based on the EPA’s Cosmetic Cleaning Model Ordinance on the EPA’s website. This was a combined effort of UAMCC and PWNA. The program was presented to EPA Region 6 (which is Texas and all of the surrounding states) on June 23 in Houston by Larry Hinckley filling in Robert Hinderliter.

The program includes time tested BMPs with a model power point presentation which Municipalities can use to develop their own BMPs. Charlotte, NC’s “Management of Wash Water Runoff from Pressure Washing and Vehicle Detailing” on April 30, 2009 which worked with UAMCC is shown as an example for others to follow.

All of this information is included on a DVD/CD which can be given to your local regulator to modify and develop their own program. Within the next 30 days most of the information will be upon UAMCC and PWNA’s websites. However, if you are in a bind now contact me on my cell phone for immediate help at 817-366-3041.

If the industry speaks with a united voice for reasonable, rational, and logical regulations then everyone can prosper while protecting the environment.

Again Russ is working currently with agencys & orgs in the south to adopted resonable BMP's , reclaimation is used on certain sites. No one is denying this. Again why are you always extreme one way or another.

I just got back from a meeting downtown on this issue, we are working together to make sure that this does not get out of hand, I hate having to tote this equipment around!

I have to have it for a few locations, could I do without the locations? YES! But if I give them up I stand to loose 30 others! So I just grin and bare it. :( (for now)

Was the guy that talked to you a short black man? Just curious
The one in Charge is Glenn Mitchell (stormwater management and E&S Control Newton County, Ga. I will even pass along his phone # to anyone that request it), he said he has 3 guys patrolling looking for violators
He said they work 9 to 5 hours and no weekends, but relies on tips/photos or any other thing someone might want to report.
Again not saying I agree or disagree just telling you what he told me.

I remember when you got visited last year. Hmmm! How did they know where you were gonna be.

Tony has seen it and can confirm. It is big and needs a 15kw diesel 4 cyl 2.2 liter generator to run it.

However I will not post it as I have always stated. The filter and our chemical will not be posted. The people who do know, have given their word that they would not reveal the names of the chemicals I use or the description of the filter.
I will repete what you said to me, "you better be able to show proof or someone may tell you to put up or shut up"

SO COME ON AND SHOW THE RIG BEFORE SOMEONE ACCUSES YOU OF TELLING A LITTLE WHITE LIE.

Oh dont worry I believe you though:D

I think Tony pretty much summed up what he saw.

Robert, it was good to talk to you today in lenght. To my surprise almost an hour had past before I had to get off the phone. I am glad that we talked on these major issues. I found your passion on the subject we discussed is as strong as mine on many issues.

Looking forward in meeting with you soon.

Take care,
