Camelot By The Sea

Jeff, will you come to Tennessee if i get you a job? Anyone else in TN do this stuff?

George always a possibility, but its a pain doing these out of town. So many factors, a few windy rainy days can really screw up a schedule. I will always take a look at big jobs

Jeff, that is amazing. Great job. Man that looks like a lot of work.

Rigging is cool, but this one was a beast. Chairs are just dont work for us. Its hard to carry my Xjet bucket on a chair Ha Ha Ha Ha

Jeff, Would you consider using a softwash pump over the x-jet for chem app?

I was speaking to a PM yesterday about cleaning building entrance, walkways and canopy at a retirement facility. He isn't looking for the building wash yet, but if I could give him a bid at least he has a budget to aim for. It is a highrise and the real dirty stuff is at the very top.2011-11-02_10-09-58_391.jpg

It all depends. I used roof pump on some of th
Brick building, if its simple mold & mildew no problem, but without looking at it, there may restoration chems needed. Your best bet is getting someone local, I would have to add a big chunk for travel and expenses

Those are some great photos Jeff

Thanks. I'll tell you, it came out great. We have a couple little areas that need a little detailing, remove rigging and we are done.

That had the annual HOA meeting was last night, the PM & GM both emailed me this morning praising the work. The homeowners were thrilled and approved the washing next year and said put it in the budget.
