Any body hunt deer/turkey

Recipe for tenderloin or backstrap. I wrap the entire piece with hickory smoked bacon. Place in an iron skillet. Pre Heat oven to 500 degrees. Electric oven. Put skillet in the oven for 5 minutes per pound then turn it off. Allow to stay in oven for at least 45 minutes past turn off. You can cut it with a fork.

This also works for beef.

My buddy from detriot shot a cow. We were all hunting small varmets on don's camp. back side of superstition mtn.

He was bored and hadnt gotten any thing. next thing you know he shot the cow.

In arizona i think you can still be hung for russling? He hauled the cow all the way back t detroit and had meat for two years.

We were about 16 or 17 years old at the time and stupid.

Thats my funniest storie hunting, to this day when my buddys go hunting we talk about it for hours.
