Lets swap some hunting stories. i have a few i'll share once i see theres interest .
Any body hunt deer/turkey

Never hunted deer or other large wild animals, used to duck hunt ever winter in Nevada, deep sea fishing all year, scuba dive, ride 25 miles a day on 10 speed, hike, back pack and winter camping.
Motorcycling was one of my favorites but now don't do any of the above. And I miss my bike.
Would love to go hunting but due to my hearing would be a handicap to others, would not hear anything and scare away the deer, turkey, elk, lion, rattler, or whatever it is being hunted.
So I just target practic to be ready when and if I ever need to point at someone.

have tou got some mulies around there? would love to hunt one of those big guys.

What would you like to talk about. I do most all hunting. I hunt mulie deer, Rocky Mountian Elk, Waterfowl (ducks and geese), Small game (Rabbit) and coyote, fox, and bob cats. I plan to hunt mountain lion next year.
I actually wen thunt this morning for elk I saw about 30 but they were on the move. I jumped tons of mulie deer. I counted though out the day 9 bucks. Most were small except two one was a 6x5 and the other was a 4x4 Timberline buck. The deer here are in full rut now so these deer had there neaks swelled up ready for fights. It was quite a site to see.
In short I only work so I can have money to hunt. I am glad I have a very understanding wife.

man,. i'd love to hunt them mulies. Maybe i'll make that my winter trip next year. I go to Amarillo TX every winter,not that much further to Colorado. I'v really gotten into Turkey hunting,these are the smartest most challenging things i'v ever hunted, maybe thats why i haven't got one yet.

Assuming you have a Windows machine, you can open the .bmp file in Microsoft Paint (Start button/programs/accessories/paint) and then click on file and then do a save as. Change the file type to JPEG and save it. You can also open it and save it as a JPG with most other graphics viewers/editors.

i like taking the loin and soaking it in Johnboy and Billys original or sweet and mild for a few days then wrapping it in bacon and put it in the oven for awhile....mmmmm...mmmmm...now thats goooood!!!

I don't hunt. I just eat....and eat...and eat. The reason why I go to the gym alot because if not I'd be....extremely unhealthy. Your recipe sounds good. I'm salivating just reading it.

I live in the South western region of Colorado. I hunt in the Rio Grande national forest. It is Unit 79. Success?? I have bagged an elk every year for the last 6 years. The have all been cow elk. Which you have to put in to draw for. There all quite a few bulls, but I hunt elk for meat so I don't care for the anterlers. To guide? I don't know abiotu that. I do guide family and freinds but i have never done any one else for money. I might concider it though. How much heak I don't know? I do it for the love of the out doors. I will have ot get back to you on that.
I can get you a list of real outfitter from my area if you like. I can alos get you more info. if you like.
I am concidering going to outfitter school next year and do that instead of powerwashing.
