Over the years, Deland earned multiple certifications through the IICRC, becoming a master textile cleaner and senior carpet inspector with expertise in stone polishing, area rugs, upholstery, and color repair.

After offering over 26 services at one point, a business coach advised him to streamline his focus. Deland chose to specialize in exterior cleaning, later transitioning to a subscription-based maintenance model to create steady, year-round revenue. Since launching his P.E.A.R. Maintenance Program in April 2024, he has signed over 290+ subscribers and built more than $850,000 in recurring revenue.
