Faythworx
Short Business Description
BATGuard™ by Faythworx

I started Faythworx as a homeschool project when I was only 12 years old.

In 2012 I met Ken Beckstead. Ken is the inventor of the Gutter Critter and the Butts Only Box for collecting cigarette butts and recycling them into energy.

In September of 2014,

My parents drove me to California so I could learn how to make the Gutter Critters. That same day I was making prototypes in my hotel room in Sacramento. All I had was the materials and a sewing machine, I remember needing to call the front desk for scissors to cut the thread.

Since 2014 Faythworx has gone from the 2ft long fish-shaped Gutter Critter to a 10 ft long snake-like boom now called BATGuard™, with a little trial and error in between.

In 2017

The BATGuard™ line of products was launched. I was introducing the BATGuard™ PRO, GREASE, GENERAL, and STREET.

Faythworx is always working to improve our existing products and to find new effective ways to help our environment!

In 2019

We updated the BATGuard™ PRO to the BATGuard ™ PRO T. The BATGuard™ now has a 4-inch pocket in the middle of the boom to slip a test strip on each side so you can test how well the BATGuard™ filters for yourself. You can use this tool to show local regulators that you are not polluting our waterways, or you can use it to tell when your boom is fully saturated and ready to replace, or you could always use it to show off to your friends!

Today

Faythworx has progressed from selling only to power washing contractors and is now selling to governments, commercial chain stores, airports, and property managers in the US, Canada, New Zealand, and many more to come.
