Hello pwi I'm new to the pressure washing business. I'm afraid as hell I don't want to destroy any property. What kind of chemicals should I need to buy for houses and concrete .I just purchased a big tex trailer double axle 6.5x14 and a 8gpm 3600psi hot water unit. I'm a pretty handy guy what water tank size should I start off with also what hose reel brands and hoses shall I get. I have a 100 ft pressure hose already.

I jut saw the bank on FB. that doesn't look like Austin Stone to me. that should clean up nice with a good bleach mix.
You can use a light bleach mix if the owner doesn't mind. Most of the ones I have cleaned I used BT200 because it's a green product and the customers did not want me using bleach. It works great, just requires a little more time and effort than bleach. BT200 is an oil stain grease remover but is also great for Mold and Mildew.
