I was wondering if any of you guys have used this product? I have been told by several people that it removes oil stains at gas stations really well. They say you sprinkle it on, brush it in, and then pressure wash as normal and they have no problem rinsing. This is my first post and I have looked all over the forums about this product. Maybe my search terms were wrong but I didn't see anything. I am always hesitant to ask questions on the forums because I don't want to get blasted for asking a question that has already been answered and as old as these forums are, I am sure there are not many more questions left.

I bet if you mix it with water first and you get it the right strength, you could put it on with a pump sprayer and not have to broom, and it would work well. I prefer to put chems on straight.

I'm just looking for a way to provide a better quality product to my customers. I feel like I am doing a good job but I think it could be better. I would love to get all of the oil out of the concrete at the gas stations I service. If not all, at least 95%

Dog urine works pretty well, but there's nothing like a warm bucket of Love.

That Zep stuff makes a fine mouthwash, but it won't make you feel all tingly!


Learning to mix chems is a dangerous proposition that needs to be learned "hands-on" from an old pro...

Take that hike over to Sophia and learn more in 20 minutes than it would take you years to learn on your own.

Yeah you can provide good service on gas stations but dont expect 100 percent clean up on the first go round.If a store owner is serious about keeping it clean it should be at least every two weeks.Not every six months or year like the ones here lol.The main thing on the cleaner is you dont want a foam happy concrete cleaner.The surface is mostly flat and most of the foam is a dog and pony show for the most part.I was tired of buying stuff that was the latest and greatest truck wash and i bought a formula and there was a degreasing formula with it.So i was glad will it remove 100 percent oil from concrete no way but it will make it look better.
 
Jim with all due respect I want to know how your catching that dog piss. I have been bit twice today. The last one probably putme out of work for a couple days. Please inform us how to get the piss. By the way. Does the dog have to be ready to pee or do you milk him like a bull like I did.

I bought some SH today and mixed it like Russ Spence has suggested in the past. I like the results but would love to call you and discuss your mixture. Is there a good time that would work for you?
 
Lets see the formula , Russ has posted a lot of BS formulas like others here have. Safety reasons

Just got back from cleaning some kitchen hoods and some greasy deep fat fryers the placed was closed for a reopening the last time it was greaded it got a 98 holy crap.I am really not trying to be funny but if you saw all that mess you wouldnt want to eat for at least a day.It was gross caked on a inch think.Call me anytime i will try to help you.
