You know you are a hack/illiegal WHEN

Couldn't finish the 3 story house because its to high ! That black stuff on the house is sum serious virus and won't come off with my pressure cleaner, can't you just pay me for one day of work( was there 3 )? Cleaned in just under 3 hours! Zero degree nozzle marks on stone ( handyman services).

I have more of a problem with Handyman services, masonry companies and other service related companies who do not know what there are doing when asked to power wash. They are there for other related services and take on the pressure cleaning and cause damage. I call this the "oops effect"! Maybe the homer owner won't notice?
 
We contracted to clean a new convenience store flatwork under the awning. This is a remodeled store in an old location. So the concrete was awful. I got specific on what we would and could clean, customer agreed and said do it. So I send a tech to the job, now customer want whole lot cleaned at agreed price for only specific area. This is about 1/4 of the job. After a phone call reminding him of our conversation he says do it. Can a customer be a hack? Or is he just lowballing us? Not to disparage any particular ethnic origin, but this guy is the stereotypical convenience store owner.

He was satisfied with the service and payed.
 
You are lucky he paid. My experience with such convenience store owners is that they will tell you they are going to start a routine program, if you do a good job, but decide they can't afford it when you get it all cleaned up, and actually go above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect. I doubt it was the ethicity. It seems to be the industry.
