Your bleach ratios are too weak. Store purchased Clorox and such is 51/4% to 6% strength. If you use bleach, you should use at least 2 gallons to 3 gallons of water.

In order to avoid hose marks on the grass, lower the temp (about 150 seems to work) and move the hose from time-to-time.

I usually charge $349.00 or $449 for a 2500sqft to 3000sqft home. Takes about 1 1/2 to 2 hrs. Includes outside gutters, underside of eves and siding. Also as an add on I do the outside windows at $5 to $6 per.
