That's great we agree to unite an not divide. I want the Uamcc to want all in the industry more than anyone. Be excluded is hurtfull, that's why despite bob , Carlos, dan Flynn or anyone else I accept what gets delt to me, I forgive all who have tried to hurt me and ask for forgiveness for those I have hurt.

The industry needs to unite.we could do great things together.

I debated posting a response this late and honestly seeing a little cross eyed at this point, but I want to get this out of me, Ron. Sometimes your antics make me want fly to Arizona wearing a raincoat made of C4 explosive and walk into your office Jihaad style. Then there are often times I think, Damn, Ron really is an incredible salesperson, whoever has him on their side as an ally has a kick ass resource.

Ron and I just talked today. I have the similiar feelings about Ron. Love him or hate him he is always there and a phone call away. Ron is the ultimate salesman and I can say that I have Ron on my side for...probably 10 years.

People in this industry need to learn how to harness Rons Energy. He is not the enemy and that is what I have always believed. Within the UAMCC Ron has made some mistakes sure but he also has done alot of Positive things probably alot more then most....This is Ron. He has a big personality and with that comes alot of big great and not so great things. Never the less he is a force to be reckon with and you really want Ron on your side because he wants to be....on your side. Like Him at the end of the day Ron is and myself and many others are uniters. Yes we all screw up at times....but we should all get past that and work together. If there is some punishment for some wrong doings than so be it as long as the one who is being accussed gets a fair shake to defend themselves and then after that we all move on and keep moving forward....This is what PWI has done for years...They find a way to move forward even though at times they can be stuck in the mud like we all can. Lets just move forward........

I agree with that.

I have talked with a couple people that have seen him sell in person and he does a lot of selling with just his facial expressions, he can go into
un-sellable situations and walk out with the signature on the line that is dotted!

Out of all the people that I have seen sell, heard about selling or read about, I wish I could learn from Ron because not only has he been in the business over 24+ years, sells to hard-to-sell customers but the most important thing of all........He Sells Pressure Washing Services..........

There are a lot of great salesmen out there in lots of different industries but if you can learn from someone that is in your industry, selling what you want to sell, and is successful, that is the person to learn from.
 
First off….my disagreements with you has nothing to do with the situation with you and the UAMCC.

The UAMCC is just an organization I belong to and yes, believe in.

Banning you (I hate that word) was to keep the UAMCC fighting off of PT State. I will let you back on PT State if you promise to not post anything about the UAMCC.

I was born and raised in this great industry and I am not trying to divide it. I am just trying to find where I fit in. I am not an outgoing person because of my speech impediment. I have always sat in the back pew at church and the same situation everywhere else I go. It makes me very uncomfortable to be in the spotlight. But I have created a situation with Pressure Tek and PT State that forces me into that light. From birth up to 8 years ago I was a contract cleaner that could hide myself in my work cleaning dumpster areas at night and making products better to make my life easier.

I worked for my Dad until I met my wife. At that time my wife and I started our own company. She is a very outgoing person that could talk to someone at a drop of a hat, so she sold the work with technical help from me and I just cleaned. Fast forward 6 years and our daughter Faith was born with Autism and Epilepsy. My wife then had a full time job taking care of Faith’s needs. That is when I opened Pressure Tek thinking I could employ my knowledge through the web to help people and limit my verbal interaction with my customers. Then through the help of many good people Pressure Tek went through the roof by word of mouth. I would list all the people that referred Pressure Tek but the list would be way too long and I would forget somebody.

Now something new is happening. People are saying that I am lying, developing gimmicky products and dividing our industry. I do not lie and I have not or will I ever sell a product I don’t believe in. These accusations are untrue.

Ron…Do what you do and have fun. Help our industry. You’re a great asset for it. All I ask is let me be me.
 
I've met Bob in person and thought he was a great guy and I enjoy PTS. It's the first BB I was ever on. He has always made me feel welcome. Bob, Not one of us is 100% normal. We all have something we don't like about ourselves. Ya think I like being short, balding, and over weight? Don't ever think you have to hide in the shadows. You have a lot to offer and if people don't like you or anyone else for who you/they are then that is just part of their imperfections.

I have met Bob many times in the last two years, Bob attended more roundtables than Chris.LOL

Great post Bob. I've met Bob at numerous RT's and he is such a nice guy who can do it all. He has a Nice Business that sells good items(I bought many items from Bob...even THe Bad Boy Surface machine that still rocks 8 yrs later). Bob is great at Customer service and he always speaks with such sincerity and Honesty. Its easy to say...I LIKE BOB:dance:
 
I tell eveyone that Bob is a great guy and he has some great products (the original Bandit with the roller pump is still going strong almost 3 years later) and will not sell you something that you do not need, I have wanted to purchase things from him and he told me that I did not need them and convinced me and ended up saving me a lot of time and aggravation.

I have been to Bob's shop a few times, been at numerous Meetings where he was, Bob, his dad, Chuck and myself drove up from Ohio to Jarrod's Round Table, etc....Bob is a good person to know and do business with.

J-Rod!!! I heard he is not in the business anymore. From what i've heard is the economy got the best of him and he started doing something else.
 
I talked to Jarrod a few months ago and he is still in the business, the economy is bad there but he is still hanging in there.

He is in that band and is playing, he really has some great guitar skills! I think some videos are posted on PT State from Jarrod's Round Table. One one song he is jamming and his daughter exclaims "That's My Dad!" , that alone is one of the greatest events of the Round Table, nothing like your daughter saying how proud she is of you.

Jarrod does not post much on the boards, I wish he would post more but he usually posts on PT State the most.

I wish the economy in Michigan would turn around just like the rest of the country.

Well, it's been two months since this thread and I'm still banned. I probably didn't make more than 5 posts on PTSTATE, I don't remember.

Unlike Ron, I'm not going so support, nor promote anyone who treats potential customers the way I've been treated.

Bob never asked me not to post about the UAMCC.

Bob never gave any indication that discussion about the UAMCC, either pro or con was under any limitation.

Bob never suggested that posting about them could possibly result in banning from a great PW resource like the PTState board.

Bob never emailed, pm'd, called, texted, or wrote to me any explanation whatsoever as to why I was banned.

It's been months now. Nothing.

Bob is in the sales business. He has lots of competition. I won't buy from him because of the treatment I got and I won't suggest that anyone else do so either.

It was a bad business move on Bob's part to have done this without any contact with me whatsoever. If he had pm'd me and asked me not to post anything about the UAMCC I would have immediately complied. I understand the meaning of a privately owned board.

I'm not whining about it, I don't care. I'm just letting Bob know why I won't promote Pressure Tek in any way shape or form.

He picked the wrong wife to bed when he put all his eggs in the UAMCC basket. I won't forget this treatment when he finally comes to realize it.

I'm not Ron.

There is another distributor burning bridges on the boards also in a similar manner. I suggest that you all not let him forget it when he realizes his mistake.
