Worst of the Worst pressure washing Damage

Seems like that guy gets all the work in my area too. all shopping centers look like that. theres one that a guy took a turbo nozzle to all the gum and hit it full blast:shocked2: he left swirly lines and deep divots all over,some about an1/8" deep. i think its because these cement Co. are trying to make a lil more money on each job and pour bad crete. the buildings in my area poured about 5-7years ago are a more dense crete. that the newer buildings poured less than 3years ago cant take even 1800psi without removing the cream.
 
It is the same way here also but goes back at least 10 years.

Bad concrete that is hard to clean safely without the cream coming up.

A lot of guys have not seen this poor quality of concrete so they don't know what we are talking about but it is becoming more and more common all around the U.S. as more concrete contractors are taking shortcuts on sidewalks and driveways and other areas that don't support structures where the slump tests are not as common......I think that the only way to get back to good quality concrete is to have slump tests done on every pour and make sure that the contractor does not water down the mix but that would take another person watching the job and he still might not catch the shortcuts and still end up with crap concrete.

No Pride, Integrity or Honor in good quality work these days.

When taking before and after pictures of a damaged area, be sure to turn on the date and time stamp on your digital camera. This is very important if it comes down to your company being involved in a law suit. I know this may seem like common sense, but some may not think about it.

I take before and after videos of condenser fans running for that reason in larger units. I don't have time and date, but the file itself has time and date embedded in the file. I had to use it once.

Damage in the Phoenix Market has gotten better through eduction to our local businesses.
