working out of enclosed trailer

Do you know how much weight it added to the trailor ? Any effects on pulling ? I like that idea.

You could do what I did and have a semi enclosed trailer. You can have a cover made for the entire trailer of truck tarp.

All the doors are swing away and removable.

NICE!!!! On the weekends can you get dancing girls in there? :slap::thumbup2:

I will only own enclosed trailers. They are vented when you open the doors. Buy Kohlers and udors so nothing needs to be worked on. Build everything on a skid that can be bolted down in 4 places . Need to work on something, slide it out with the forklift. I got answers man, I got answers. With an enclosed you can work in the rain and the machines don't care. Cold in the winter, 20 dollar space heater at night and you are good. Gotta take a leak on the job site, step in side. We have 5 gallon buckets, toilet lids and bags in the trailers and box trucks. Don't get a fold down gate. Easy to lock up and secure.

Taking a S**T in the trailer is the only positive thing I can see with an enclosed trailer. Although I am an outdoorsey kind of guy and I dont mind using a good Bush.:kma:

you would Tony!

Welcome back Leonardo de Pressure Washer!!!!

Hey I'm in Vegas, Last time Shelly and I went out there were cage dancing girls all over the club. Don't you guys have that in DC?

(NOTE: we are honestly too old for the "club" but occasionally we go out just to see what the younger generation is doing and to laugh at them with their silly little effeminate "designer" drugs....:crazy_pilot:

John great talking to you too, yes I designed it, countless hours of reading and looking, lol, talking with pressure wash supply companies, some of them got tired of me, lol. The builder was BCE Systems in Georgia.

Its not perfect, one mayor change I would make is the coils (there are other changes, lol), the burner is a Frankenstein, but the coils should have been bigger, to get a better heat rise at full flow 8.5 gpm each unit. Heat rise at 4 GPH fuel, thats recommended max for a 20" chamber, only gives ~110 degree rise at the end of 200ft of 1/2" hose 75F air and ~57F inlet (still have to measure it at the boiler) Coil temp at exit of boiler is >400F. I should have followed my mind and visited during testing.

With the trapped pressure unloaders I could reduce flow with a smaller nozzles and get a higher heat rise for stubborn spots or severe gum, but the impact of 8.5gpm at 3600psi is tremendous compared to 6gpm at 3500psi, if chemistry have not done the loosening work, its probably is not going anywhere.
