Ok I'll make my first post in my new forum section with some restoration jobs I have done. I hope you can see how much wood restoration is a great niche of the restoration industry.To specialize in only wood takes time and patience but in the end it will pay off with more repeat business to where you no longer need to advertise. I still clean and seal wood from the first year I started in this business they call like clockwork to re stain every 2 yrs!
The satisfaction that you get to turn some ugly wood into a work of art sometimes makes it all worth it!
This deck was way overdue for a clean re stain like 08 was the last time it was stained. Then they let a painter rinse off the deck last year when they painted the house and he took off too much.
