Winter time washing

I was wondering during the winter time what is the best way of doing flat work. My concern is that I have to do it after hours and I am afraid of it freezing. What is the best (and safest) way to take care of this issue?

I wonder too, but I'm also worried about the tank and hoses freezing especially in transport stage
