Out of respect for all that Mike and Robert Hinderliter have done for Therese and I, I have agreed to attend.
I thought I might talk about some of the recent lawsuits I have been consulting on and how a cleaner can at least do some damage control.

I hear some of the vent hood cleaners have the same issues as a lot of us contractors about customers not wanting to pay what the job is worth or waiting too long in between cleanings, Maybe talk about what would be some good selling points when dealing with these types of customers?

Nothing agaist Phil, Talk with Mike or Daryl about that. These guys sell, phil teaches the industry how to properly clean.
