Why is this forum incompatible with Internet Explorer?

I want to have it so that I can edit it at my leisure not have to go through a third party.
When I found that the site wouldn’t let me edit my profile to reflect my current status I started another one that did reflect my current status so I now have two logins as well as two profiles.

My current profile should be THE HOUSE WASH GUY from TAURANGA NEW ZEALAND.
But of course all of my postings history is with WASH-IT.H.B from Napier NEW ZEALAND.
If my posting history could be transferred from WASH-IT H.B. to THE HOUSE WASH GUY that would be sweet and all tidied up. Then just to complicate matters I want to be able to change my password as well. Geez I’m starting to sound like my ex-wife “ I WANT..I WANT..I WANT..!! LOL
 
After the computers crashing with tons of viruses, I was told my many computer people to not use the Explorer, use firefox mozilla and for email use thunderbird as they are better against viruses and hackers. I have had good luck with them for most purposes but there is once in a while I have to use Explorer to open something or read something.
 
This problem still exists. Is there going to be an attempt to fix it?

I also noticed that I can not upload excell or word documents as attachments for the bids if they end with .docx or .xlsx

We can change your user name, just let us know what you want it as. Once changed you will log in under that user name and your same password.

You can change your password at anytime you like...go to Settings, then click edit my email & password
 
I thought it was PWI's website or server, was the problem. I have had a problem with typing also. just typed this post with No problem.
