Why Does Everyone go to Roundtables?

This is just a simple thread, so many have attended rounds in the past year that I just wanted to know the reasons.

I'm sure some have different reasons?


The one I missed is the freindships I have made!!!

Listening to Jeff in Tampa talking about the Union was good. I might join but I need to know how much the Union dues is.:bash:

I like to go so I can learn more about building my business, networking with the great people on the bbs, learning about new chemicals, equipment and marketing methods, etc...

Each Round Table I go to I get to learn things that you will not learn out of books or off cd's.

You get to see friends that you have not seen for a few months or years.

You get to see great new machines and how good they work when they are demonstrated.

You get to see what other people are implementing in their businesses and how it is working or not.

You also get to win some great prizes!

I total agree with what you saying. :yes4:I am always trying to improve my sales to. In BAMA Jeff told me were to find the PM names.

Do you do much fleetwashing? I have done some but customer sold there fleet. I didnt like it, compared to condos
 
Larry will try hard to be there, seems like all 3 of us are in that boat rowing like crazy!!!! hahahahaha

I like fleet washing. I have a bid in for a good size fleet and should find out this week if I got it. It is one of those that really help your year and each year after that if you keep it.

Sometimes the soaps make all the difference.
 
I would rather do condo's, townhouses, apartments, etc.... you make more money in a shorter amount of time.

But.......

The fleet washing is consistent either weekly, biweekly or monthly so you know how much you will make that month or year depending on a few variables. Sometimes it it nice to know how your month will turn out.
 
Finally meeting Ron was worth the trip. All the information and the chance to network and meet all the people in the industry was a great experience. Not to mention all the stuff given away and I won a year free membership to the uamcc. Oh yeah and the after parties like Nick said!!!!
 
Spending time alone in a Hotel Room with Chris Chappell. Thats why I go! :yes4: :woot: :kiss:
 
OK, in all seriousness. I've only been to 2 RT's so far and have enjoyed both of them tremendously. One of the best things I love the most is getting to meet many of the guys and gals that I seem to spend more time with on these BB's than I do with my own wife. Getting to network with others and picking up new ideas has greatly improved my business. I can honestly say that if it were not for some of the information and ideas that I've learned from many of the folks I've met, I'm not even sure I would still be in biz. I'm hoping that things work out and that I'm able to attend the MB RT. MB looks like it is shaping up to be the best RT yet! :clapping: My wife already took the time off from work and will be coming with me if we go. She can't wait to meet everyone. You guys are all like family to me. :yes4: I'de sure hate to miss out on this one! I could realy use that Hot Water Skid too. :yeah:
 
I go to network and to learn about the latest and greatest equipment in pressure washing.
