why cant I send pics

Walter are these pics you are scanning or are they from a digi camera if your scanning them scan them at a low resolution they will still look good, if it is adigi camera pic it should be small enough but if not try zipping the file to compress it to fit.

I am trying both scanner and digital. I have scanned to web format but will try to get them smaller. thanks
