Why an ORG

In the window cleaning world we have 3 orgs.. They seem to run pretty smoothly.. But I always thought BBS did way more to to educate and spread the knowledge. Im curious, why do people belong to them?

Chris and Alex are Great guys that have done for the industry they work in. The industry that makes them money and they continue to help and build strong window cleaners in the industry.

Not to be negative Mark about IKECA but what exactly have they completed?

Again I Think Chris question will be asked that many of the changes and organization came right here on PWI.

I know you may find That hard to believe but they have also found the members here and member have found them.

Then there are the so -called Left party that Started another Org. As a result the industry changed in another direction.

All the BOD of IKECA read this BBS. All of them and more, its also why other do not come here because they think they have escaped to un-charted BBS land.

I agree with the statement on the UAMCC, they do not realize how close they are to having the success, if only they can find a Leader from within to push them.

Chris, Really????????? YES i agree you may have helped many hundreds in this industry thru the NET. Your a pioneer in window cleaning history and if you fall down you will like others just be forgotten and written over. Please do not take offense or take this negative. I sit in the same Boat!!!

People truly want a leadership they can trust. Our leaders in this industry keep failing and letting us down. Its not bad people , just a broken way of looking at this new world. Old dawgs that do not want change, new guys affraid to make Change.

I too hope the UAMCC can reach this, I cannot help as much as I would like. (political)

We also have people who own BBS and do not realize how much influence they have on the industry.

No offense taken at all Ron.. Just trying to get some feedback.. Ive noticed constant fighting, lack of productivity, and a environment that makes it almost impossible to get anything done.

I currently belong to 1 of the 3 we have available to us.

What do we do to the people who use the Org to make Regs tough and put our brothers out of work. This has happened FIVE times in the past......

Contractors Control is very important. But honest people at the helm, not CROOOKSSSS

The discussion of Org's is (as this thread shows) really an issue of regulation. Otherwise, we'd be debating where to have the annual golf outing.

I've been told there were just two choices.......that this was a no win scenario. Give up, join up, send us a check

There is another, option 3.....none of the above.

IMHO, the problem is simple......so is the solution. Don't let the people designing the system....design the system
