Ron not a seo question but a 6 story question opportunity to clean a 6 story building, my man lift will put the men up aside the building and this comes at a time when i am just buying a new pw i was thinking of a 3500 psi with 5 gpm with heat , asked the supplier if the 6 stories would be a problem pushing the water up 80 ft they thought it could be, any thoughts as to how to get the job done without issue.

Thanks Brent Besse

I have gone up over 10 story buildings and no problem with my Hotsy 5.6gpm 3000psi machine.

I will take some help!! Will this do?

Ron,
Your site is awesome for SEO.

Hey Ron anything you could do to help me out would be great. Right now I am 3rd in / Pressure Washing Palm Coast on the maps.

Bumping old posts with something like "How is this going now?" does nothing. The page is already indexed and the new content has no seo value as far as the keywords are concerned. Now if you add some keywords in there then things change a little because of the added content.

All the congrats and thanks posts do nothing except to keep it on the front page of the forum. The actual value of links from forums is still being debated but people that did nothing but links from forums have seen a drop in their rankings or some have even dropped out of the top 1k.

The key to this thread is in the first post.

Here your chance, Seo HELP!!!!

Who here is wanting to ask serious questions realted to SEO

If you want help, you have to ask a question. One thing that you need to do is diversify your links.

Articles, .edu, .gov, Wiki pages, blog comments, micro blogs, doc sharing sites, etc.

This way if one get devalued such as the forum profiles and blog commenting seem to have been with the recent update, you don't drop off the radar. You also need to spread it around to as many domains as you can. Use your keywords as anchor text whenever possible.

It does take a lot of time and effort to find all these though.

So re-indexing old posts help if done correctly?

Google algarythims have changed over the years. Before you it was keyword content and you could write invisible pages with just the keyword you wanted to rank for. But those days are long gone. To make a long story sort of short to get ranked today its a combo of different things. Today its all about trust and athourity. Quality relevant back linking, internal linking, and out bound links to and from trusted sites with decent page rank. Also keeping keywords to a certain % in original at least 300 word articles. {google 4-6% yahoo 5-8% any more you will start getting penelized and drop in rankings. And also social networks can be a big boost to your site. I have only a blog in blogger and I rank #1 in a lot of my local searches using longtail titles such as House Washing Massachusetts. Some times I even Have the top 2 or 3 spots. There is more to it than what was just said and it takes time for competive terms but there are ways to get to #1. Would love to help anybody if i can.
