Who has the Same customers?

I know of Six guys who I share a customer base with on the BBS.

I have 3 or 4 local guys. I wash commercially from Huntsville AL west, Richmond VA north and Atlanta GA south, so I probably have more than I know of.

There are at least 10 PW businesses in Winnipeg, and I hope none of them ever find the BBS!

I think on the BBSs there is currently only 2 with service area overlaps. At one point I think there was 4. I know the one was a part timer, he's a good friend now and we've discussed pulling resources together. That's on hold with dual party issues.

I'd love to have collaborative efforts with my competition, I LOVE cleaning roofs, sure is easier on the body than replacing them (14 years of that).

Sticking with a strength is good for getting back on track

I actually really like the guys that we know, and I have sent some work their way, only if it was needed immediately and we were tied up for a few days. Thought it might make the customer remember that we still tried to help even though we could not do the work ourselves..maybe

Yes, we overlap, I've been down your way for roofs mostly. Pennsylvania is a big dirty state.
