They do have a decent profile page with a nice "Get a free Quote" button that links to your contact form. Ive gotten numerous jobs because of bbb. Consumers seemed to get cozy with the who "Bureau" thing. Likes it's some kind of government watch dog. Which gives me the idea to change our biz name to the "Federal Power Washing Bureau".

Yea its the "bureau " thing that made think they were a goverment agency.
