OH NO ITS NOT! Look now guys, you have killed me on all Chinese food for life, I can't even drive by some of the seafood places, now I'm gonna be swearin' off the IHOP! When I am rich from not eating out and back down to a size 3 - I'm holding you all personally responsible (and I'll have the party!)

This is from a local bar & grill. I checked around for a watch dog in the kitchen and didn't find one....so I'm pretty sure it's grease.:confused:

You really never know if the kitchen will be clean or filthy. I've seen cockroaches scrambling around under cooking equipment in 5 star kitchens as well as little corner deli's.:eek:

Oh yeah, Cockroaches,mice, RATS,bacteria,and my favorite-maggots.

When I first started cleaning hoods some 15 years ago I stayed away from many restaurants for a few months.
Now its the norm. I could clean up a nasty mess with one hand and have a cheeseburger in the other. Funny how you get used to your inviroment.
 
I bet those creepy crawlys are even bigger out in Cali-phony.
Longer growing season out there ya know.
 
CG ( just wondering on the video that looked like a 0 tip nozzle on the pressure washer or a really oversized 15 degree nozzle... ( What kind of machine ? Every time I try to take a video of my cleanings all I get is a video full of steam... I got the Whitco popping out 3500 psi @ 4gpm at about 205 degrees....
