Which surface cleaner to buy?

I am going to buy another surface cleaner tomorrow. I am torn between the Big Guy 28" and the Maxima 36". My machine is running 8gpm. Thanks for the suggestions.

How much machine would it take to push a 36" surface cleaner effectively?

Ive got whisper wash classics and a big guy. I know Ive got to slow down considerably with the big guy.

I like the Big Guy better, its a cadillac compared to the Maxima because of the pneumatic tires

I have a classic and a steel eagle 28" with the pnuematic wheels and it is one smooth rolling machine.I big stops with lots of long rungs it is a good tool.If the job is a smaller type with lots of turns and tight spaces I use the classic.I run 8gpm and 4gpm.

Steel Eagles are nice a little heavier and more expensive than the Big guy or Maxima. With 8gpm you can run a 36" without an issue 10gpm would be better. 8 gpm can run a 30 at a good walking pace and still clean well.

If you are covering large open areas the Maxima or 30" steel eagle is great. But really I have found the 21-28" cleaners to be easier to use and more practical for getting around job sites with planters and poles etc.
