would you expand on ROCK FLYERS please ?????
He's probably talking about putting flyers and a few pebbles in plastic bags and throwing them on the driveway. It's easy and fast. I did it a few times, the first time I did it, I had a call before I got to the end of the street.

Thanks guy's.My market to start with will be residential washing and in that I'm thinking about targeting roofs, everywhere I look these days I see a dirty roof and I want to clean it, lol.I have abeen in touch with kieth and had him do my logo, business cards and some postcards. Now I guess my next project will be the website.Next ? What works best on the website?I have been looking at some and have a few ideas,Kieth did one for an in town competitor so I need to be different from him.

Dave- Its amazing how many don't get that

I have a friend of mine who is a plumber handling mostly commercial accounts

Tells me he doesn't really need one since he does only commercial and has a few big accounts he regularly services

Well guess what- he gets a call from a Bank who has a handful of locations (a referral) looking for a Plumbing contractor to service their locations

First question- Do you have a website we can look at???

He's now scrambling for a website!

Its Change for me big time, 5 years ago I would of told you that no web site is needed, and really 10 years it was no needed at all. But now you have to have them. I am sure some old timers are having a hard time accepting the technology change

I have found the if you hand out cards, door hangers, even street bidders or post cards without a web address you will be less likely to get the phone call. A website gives credibility and makes a customer feel like you are professional.
