1981. Columbia, TN. This song was already 3 years old.

That made it BRAND new in Tennessee!

Snuck out with friends to the "Disco".

Having a blast dancing my butt off trying to talk to older chicks!

1981, partying like a rock star, me and a buddy moved to San Diego and then to Santa Barbara. We had a blast for a couple years, chicks, chicks and more chicks, partying, brawling,college town and mountains every weekend and half the time during the week. Man they make beautiful women in Cali
 
Jeff, the chicks weren't bad in Tennessee either!

Drinking age was 18 then but I never got carded and went wherever I pleased after I turned 15 or so.

Come on guys is there anyone else who wasn't keeping warm in their dad's pants at this time?

How about this one:

I was jamming with my friends driving around in the 74 Grand Prix SJ (455 baby) with this in the 8-track!

Little did I know I'd be working at two of the strip joints in this video a short two years later!!

Does anybody recognize where these guys are?

It doesn't help that they keep walking back and forth in front of the same spot over and over again!

(You would have been in 10th grade Thad. You still would think girls had cooties by the time this video came out) :moil:

79 Grand Prix riding with the best friends I ever had wishing I was ROCKY!
 
Just going to school and working for my dad trimming trees.

Been trimming trees, carrying logs and pulling brush since I could walk, literally, we could not afford a baby sitter so I went with my dad every day so he could watch me while my mom was working.

I remember that group, theme song to Rocky 3. My dad is Italian, an amateur boxer and street fighter so we grew up watching boxing, fighting and going to see the Rocky movies when they came out, it was great!
 
I was 1 and a terror to my mother and grandparents. but the rock song stuck with me till this day. now i have the eye of the dragon.
 
I was a D.R.E.A.D member and as such that noise was not tolerated.
