Nice to have that hydrant next to the shop

Its not so nice when you back your truck up into it like I did with my last one...LOL. I'll never do that again. Did you know that they don't move when you hit them? OUCH! :crying:

New to pw this yr but have a trailer and extra vehicle around the house now and we live in MI. So what I did was work out a deal to keep the trailer parked in the driveway at a vacant house for sale , 2 door down in exchange for (free window cleaning) when they want it.I took out the pw and my DI cart ( window cleaning thing) and put it in a small climate controlled U store $40 month. I may rent a unit for my van but they're about $70 for a 10x20.
Currently one vehicles usually my Toyota PU is in our driveway and that's getting old as far assnow shoveling and cold car in the AM things go.Probably look for a better way next yr.

You are way, way, way, way more trusting than a lot of us here, trailers are being stolen, cars and trucks are being stolen, everything is being stolen and that is at people's houses and shops. You are parking 2 houses down and trusting it there? At a vacant house no less?

It is probably just a matter of time, especially with the holidays here, theives don't care, they will steal anything.

I hope you have it insured for theft but..........you need to ask the insurance agent if it will be replaced since you park it at a vacant house 2 houses down where you can't see it, the neighbors don't really care or watch it (even if they say that they will keep an eye on it) and you will not hear them driving away with it after cutting or breaking the chains/locks/cables that are supposedly securing it there.

Just an FYI here, do what you want but I would not take that chance and a lot of others here would not take that chance either.

GOOD LUCK.

Hopefully you will still have equipment, if someone dont take that right off the driveway on ya!!

The difference is, he doesn't have to worry so much about the crazy canadians, like you have to worry about the crazy mexicans...

(Please keep in mind that my wifes maiden name was Castillo.)

Here's where I keep my stuff. I just built it 2 years ago and I love it. Just out my back door by 100'. 36'x56'. I'm about ready for an addition on it.

It's nice to have alot of property.:eek:k:

They have stolen landscape trailers here at night from your front door with a flatbed tow truck. quick and easy happened to a good friend and they saw it cross into mexico about 30 min. after customs got the last pic of the plate. they dont care here i got mine tied to a big alarm in the garage and wires go under ground so the dont see them ill hust come out shooting

Aside from all the mentioned security measures, tong lock , chains, locking wheel chuck
(I do like that one) it's a nice place to live. But I'll conside our suggestions.Nope the crazy Canadians are pretty safe so far.
