Whats the Best Surfactant ?

Please provide the Links where to buy, I just received some roof Snot.

Im going to try this on some building washes we do on regular maint. Never needed much before but these dust storms have cause and increase in business for Giant commercial building washes.

Simple Cherry for me. It's just the best I have tried so far for house wash's. I don't have any soapy window complants any more.

I agree with Art on Simple Cherry for house and building cleaning. Mixes well with cold water and better on windows.

I like Roof Snot as well but I have only used it on the last 5 roofs. Prior to Roof Snot, I used up a 5 gallon pail of Hang Tite and it also worked well. I have noticed that Roof Snot mixes easier and provides a little more suds than the Hang Tite.

Simple cherry is not a surfactant.Bmac from brainard chemical is really good.There are brainard chemical places all over.

I like to use Fresh Wash, The lemon smell is nice. I've also had no problems with spots on windows.

I have always had great luck with the simple cherry.

Recently I got some of the roof snot to try out and it did great on a couple of house washes so I will be ordering a bucket this week to try out some more, probably will make the switch over.

Russ, is there a scent or fragrance you can add or recommend we could add to this? I really like the citrus smell if possible.

I have never found the need to mix surfactants. Seems like another expense to me. I use to think customers cared about the bkeach smell or it bothered them, but have found that to be very rare since using Roof Snot. Course 90% of the jobs we do the customer isn't home. The few that are there even comment "it even smells so clean"
