What Type or Machine do you Have?

1 hot/cold unit that is an Elite or Rk-21 whatever u choose to call it, and one dedicated honda cold water unit mounted on the back of my trailer. Will post pics soon....
 
I have one Hotsy hot water rig, 1 Pressure Pro cold water rig, 1 HD cold water rig, 2 Landa hot water rigs.

Working on getting ideas for a new trailer setup for 2 hotwater rigs then adding one of the Landa rigs onto my Bucket Truck with tank and reels.
 
Largo 5.2gpm/3500psi Oct will be 8yr and it still runs great.Replaced unloaders,flow switches,fuel pump and rewired it after I caught the ignition on fire messng with wires while the battery was still hooked up.
The hour meter show 1400+,but it's about double that.I'm hoping to add another machine later this year...maybe an 8gpm.

Here you go guys, sorry for the delay.

The first photo shows the trailer in construction phase.

2 BCE 120v units, 30HP Kohlers with TSF2021's
System capable of 1 to 4 guns
600 ft of 1/2 hose, for high flow operations

Theoretically
1 gun 17gpm
2 guns 8.5 each
3 guns 5.6gpm
4 guns 4.25 gpm

diesel fuel set at 140psi with 3.5 nozzles

4 chem tanks plumbed to a "fat boy" and to the rear of trailer.

The entire trailer is modular, all doors are swing away and removable with out tools. Roof is removable with tools.

Nice setup Nigel how you like those machines a few guys in my area have those. Russ and I were talking about those machines the other day a place in Calhoun GA has a deal on them.

The machines are o.k, price was reasonable. BCE also makes their machines for private label.

The reason I chose them was because they answered a great deal of my questions, and at the time was willing to do the most customization (it also helped that they were a large, name brand dealer before they decided to build units).

BCE's Brian did mention they were moving there operations and opening another shop in Florida.

Would you believe machines are not their largest revenue, chemicals are by far. They also build some simple recycle units.

Go figure. Now why would anyone want to come to Florida and sell Machines and Chem Products? :cool:

Ron, those look like Hannay reels on your trailers, are they?

What brand do you like to use and why?
 
Had since 2004. It has registered 4357 hours and an adjustable spray wand. Completely mobile unit!
