We have a lot of houses with Dryvit on the front.
The back is usually vinyl. They just want it to look fancy from the road!
Oh, and the houses all have 10 foot ceilings so nobody scrapes their nose.
:D

Dude, don't use the 'H' word.
I'm sweating Mr. Ernesto.

Yeah.
Hope the FL bros are buckled down tight or (preferably) getting out of town.

I'm not laughing.
It's no laughing matter.
I really hope that anybody in Mr. E's way gets the hell out of Dodge until it passes through. My sister in law and niece live in Miami and they have promised to get out of its way.

Gee, in 17 years I think that I have cleaned 4 houses, divided between Block and stucco.

Ron,

What kind of wash do you use on the stucco and block? I've done a few stucco houses and used my standard mix of Power House, 12% sodium hypochlorite and water.

Russ,

I mix 1 gallon of Power House, 4 gallons sodium hypochlorite and 5 gallons of water. This goes through the x-jet with no proportioner. That puts the SH on at around 2.5%. I just did a stucco house with that mix and it came out very well. The house had quite a bit of mold and mildew on the facia. The only thing that gave me problems were some black stains on two dormers above the garage.

Never done a stucco home in 5 years! And this is odd because all the new homes since 2002 are stucco out here. We mainly do the old homes in downtown denver and the bigger homes that were built in the 80's (where the denver bronco players live)
