Yes, we are very selective when it comes to cleaning. We are higher than most, but when they see what they are paying for, we usually get the contract.
As far has how many times in a year, that depends on the garage and ones budget. Some garages we clean quarterly. Their surface comes out like new. Others are once a year. Their surface looks like new for a month or so. The more oil retraction we can do, the better the long term results.
We see allot of garage cleaning companies out there. Some just power wash, cleaning sq yard by sq yard. I call that a glorified rinse job, not a deep cleaning. For it to be a deep cleaning, every square inch needs to be cleaned with 4,000+ psi with at least 220-230 at the end of the wand. Not 220 degrees at the exit point of the boiler as some do. That number means nothing to me, and should mean similar to everyone else. You want to know what's the temperture at the tip of the nozzle. What is the temperature hitting the ground? That temperture could be different anywhere from 20 to 70 degrees depending on the outside temperature, the quality of the hose, the diameter of the hose and the length. Also if the boiler is shutting off, then coming on again and again.

Hey Guys, I did not know that our site was to get 300 hits since we replied a week ago. Almost all the hits were on the video “Procedures of Garage Cleaning”. I hope that none of you are on the west cost. I hate to be telling my competitors how we clean a garage.

I don't think you have much to worry about, their is a price you have to pay to be set up like yourselves, not to even mention the knowledge it took to customize your setup.
Who knows you might be setting new standards in the Pw business
Being from Ga., you don't have to worry little ol'e me and if I ever need to recommend someone in the West Coast ...you will be the one!

Thanks for the input. I really only specialize in Garage Cleaning. We do not know much else since we do not do anything but oil / gum on cement. Bricks, roofs, restaurants etc, I would have to ask someone else. That is not our expertise.
Since I have your ear, our new rig is designed with a goose neck. This is almost the same design as in our photos. The Hydraulics has been improved to the extent of 40k. However, with a goose neck, turning in a garage maybe difficult. (The Goose neck take a shorter route in a turn then the truck... cutting corners) With that, we designed the trailer to be pulled in both directions, allowing the trailer to be pulled from behind with the goose neck hanging out at the tail. The hose reels are electric. This is the concern:
The reels need to slide out from the trailer yet be strong enough to tow with the hose (1/2 R2 200ft) to be dragged around columns filled with water. About 350 to 500 lbs. of thrust (Pulling). We are looking at Slide Master. They have 2,000 lbs downward, but not recommended for thrust of forward and backwards from dragging the hose. What do you recommend?
