What kind of height can you reach with a roof pump...

Most roof pumps will reach anywhere from 30-40 ft using a 0030 or 0020 tip. Problems with some of the 12volts is that they can fry the pump when you use too small of a tip for long periods of time. I sometimes use a 0010 and have reached up to 45 ft with no problems but I use an air pump system.

I would not try to spray one restore that far away, the wind can carry it and possibly do some serious damage.

I would use pump up sprayers or battery sprayers but spraying somewhat close so the wind does not carry it away and you can maintain the job close by.

Sometimes you need a lift for the higher up areas and sometimes you might need a little bit of pressure to help clean.
 
What work are you planning on soft washing with one restore. It isn't cheap and you would have a lot wasted in your Chem line. If you are wanting to clean a large area with it I'm curious what you are working on.
 
I'm getting ready to clean a 70 year old stone school and was thinking maybe a 1-2 gpm pump would work good so i could pump out of the 55er instead of having to refill the sprayer every little bit since i will be working from a lift.
