what kind of digital camera do you use?

I am finally going to buy a digital camera. I would like to know what brands are good and what to stay away from. I have seen great pictures on all the boards and need to get a good camera since my 35mm does not do all that good. Please respond on the board or email me. Thanks.

My camera is several years old and outdated. Its a Sony Mavica FD-88. It's only 1.3 megapixels. The cool thing about this camera is it zooms more then 90% of digitalk cams out there. I'll miss that when I replace it.

I have a Kodak Easyshare...Don't have the model # in front of me, and the wife has it with her today...it is the 5 megapixel model, with a 10x zoom. Nice compact camera, takes great shots, and with the docking station it is easy to download, and recharges the battery at the same time.

I use the cheapest Kodak I can find. Right now Walmart has a 3 megapixel Kodak on sale for about $90. In my line of business it doesnt pay to go expensive. I go through a couple of them a year.
