What Happened to WCR?

Well, every other order always came from New Jersey (their original location) and shipping never took more than 4-5 business days. However, the last order - from California- took 10 business days. Wasn't expecting it to take that long.

Apologies for the delay Andrew and I can assure you its not the norm. Typically your orders will still ship out of NJ like they have for years, Im guessing if it came from California there may have been a back ordered item involved.

Trust me, it wasn't a problem. It was just the first time shipping took a bit longer and that's when I noticed the JRC return address.

Thanks for "updating" everyone Tony. We still do have a warehouse, that I go to work at everyday. The address is 3680 RT 94 - Suite 2 - Hamburg NJ 07419

We carry in house around 100 different Water Fed Poles and related products. The other items listed on our website ship from different locations across the country. 18 different locations actually. We ship from JRC and many of your other favorite distributors.

The goal is to ship from a location closest to where you order from, to get the order to the customer as fast as possible.

For example if you place an order from southern California your order will likely ship from JRC. If you place an order from northern California your order will likely ship from CWC supplies.

Your moderators are a bunch of Thought Police trying to sell WCR products to people. You cant like anything that doesnt make WCR money. Or post anything that they are not making money from.

I was threatened to be banned for speaking my mind and promoting something that WCR doesnt make money from.

I havent posted a single time on WCR since that day and I would highly recommend others banning that board entirely.

There is no reason you shouldn't, they are a good company to work with.

I am truly sorry you had a bad experience with our moderator TY. We have altered the way our moderation is handled sense you visited last.
 
As the saying goes "If it ain't broke, don't fix it".
I've never had a problem beyond very minor ones with the store, all which have been resolved pain free. And customer service is enormous. With the WCRA discount, it's a no-brainer for me.
As far as forums, they are what they are, this one included. Not intended for children. The only one I know of where gang mentality and anything beyond mild arguments are absolutely not tolerated is NSWA.

I agree they are not intended for children so it is a shame that board is full of childish moderators. Other than that I agree with your statement.
