Commercial is the way to go. Once you get them its continuous year round. No more advertising, searching for your next customer or wondering what your monthly income will be next month. Just do honest good work!

100% commercial here, things have been snowballing here in sunny so. cal.I am now doing business with several very large pms' who are trusting this boy to some very large centers almost more than I can handle at this point. I still have 8 months to go to retirement when this thing here will be my full time passion.Hey Ron if you ever do a property management lesson again please let me know I missed out on the last one though I tried like hell to get in.I called most everyone who signed up but got nothing of the info you were helping everyone with.I did use some of your tips to land these pms.

James, I 'm glad to hear someone say it helped.

Thanks ,, please post your fax and i will give you something that will help.

The others lied to you, I gave them a sample form and a phone call.

call anytime after you post fax

90% of the work I do is residential. House washing, tile/shingle roof cleaning, concrete etc... Been doing more and more commercial (small stuff) and things are looking up on that end for bigger stuff.

PM Help

Hey Ron,

Can I also obtain the information for property managers. I will post fax as soon as our phone lines are back up (just moved). If you can e-mail them, that will be perfect as well jonathan@kleencrete.com

99.5% residential here to date. We used to do Krispy Kream, TGI's and Bennigans plus some fleets but I moved into strictly residential years ago. The wood care end of our biz is doing excellent and I'm finally to a point where I have a good guy that can run it without me. I now have been working the last few months on developing a "Commercial Services" division of our company so we can start pulling in flatwork and commercial pressure cleaning locally. Resi work is so easy for me (to sell and service)..... getting in the doors of the commercial is a little different game as it seems :) I hope to have 2 trucks setup next year handling commerical at some point. We just picked up a hot water Landa and Water Jet for a truck so we'll have to see how it goes.
