heck yeah there is a liability issue

Unfortunately a liability issue is usually determined by a judge or jury. So yes there is ALWAYS a liability issue. If you do a job knowing it can cause a hazard such as 32 and falling temps you're probably gonna be found liable. If they are predicting 38 and rising and it turns cold really bad and you applied ice melt etc and it still got slick more than likely you used reasonable caution.

It can be 40 up here after a week long single digit temp streak and the ground will still be frozen. Water will freeze as soon as it hits the concrete.

If in doubt we stay home.

Its 11 right now just got in from washing BURRRRRRRRRRR it was cold was gonna go tonight up the mtn but they are calling for -15 wind chill:shocked2:.So i think i will take a break been up since 10 this morning pressure washing anyway. Ill go for it tomorrow night though which it will be warmer a 5 degree diff.,LOL.But have to work.:moil:By the way the green :yes:anti freeze is the way to go for this type of weather just some advice.
