I'll help Ty, we need and outline at what he is going to do.

Help him not make the same mistakes that have been repeated over and over again and again.

No new orgs.Period.

I would have agreed with this at a point in time but now we something else and it needs to have a larger footprint than the vendor Org's. I also disagree with it being "for profit" since all the "good" and all it's power, built by member dues...could be sold to a vendor at some time. I'm not challenging anyone's integrity....just saying.

In the bylaws, a person of significant influence within the organization( bod, officers) cannot be a distributor, manufacturer, inventor, supplier, etc., of a product(s) used in the industry. They are encouraged to be members, for the betterment of the organization and the diversity of it's body.

Not just in the by-laws.....the first one.

Anyone that cannot follow the failure bread trail of the Org's back to the root cause is blind.
