Jeff use your Bobcat. I can't see it as being "Too Strong". With a fan nozzle it is gentle as a pump up sprayer.

Jeff...spray on chems with the yard insecticide / fertilizer thingy Nichole said from the roof line or a lift, thats what I was thinking. And do it in the rain and let it do the rinsing...huricain season is about here ya know.....Or flow rinse it too from the roof like you did that highrise....With a garden hose....in the rain....lol

I'd video doing it too for the law suit because you know the other side is going to drag "YOU" into it if they can or need too...leave the original tape, (keep copy), the hose end injector and the hose with the engineer. Seriously,,,
