Water Broom

My Hydro Tek ANT 3's work great. Cut our rinsing time in half @ 9 GPM. Spin, rinse with the waterbroom attached to the front of our ANT 3's, remove gum with low pressure steam, then used the wand to clean the edges and places the water broom on the ANT 3 can't get to efficiently.

Hey man,

So you have 22 nozzles on it or I got it wrong? Wouldn't pvc explode from the spike moment? May be sch80 and strong glue?
I will build one too :).. Thanks for the idea.

Nice presentation Jim!

Works well for large area rinsing, built one 5feet long with end that come in 45 degrees made out of pvc, put 20 1 gpm 25degree nozells across it. We use it will our wash down pump, can clear huge areas fast. great for clearing factory floors of wash water, very fast very effective.

Are the nozzles at each end pointed at 45 degrees? Or what's at 45?

Jim,
That's a really good idea for the waterbroom. We use them for post floor cleaning on kitchen washdowns. They are soft enough to remove the material the spinners and wands have knocked loose but not powerfull enough to spray it all over the kitchen.
