I was aiming to try and make it down for this event. Unforunately I have a 3 day job that has to be done before the end of the month. The 27th through the 29th (the dates are really not my choice) and on the 30th I'm filming a TV commercial which also has to be filmed before the 1st.

Anyone coming in Wednesday or Thurs. AM.. or staying thru Sunday..
depending on weather, we'll take a vote, and go..
Balboa Park (Zoo, museums)
Old Town State Park (..a Mexican heritage park, with good food & margatitas !!)
Presidio Park (across freeway from the hotel !..)
Point Loma Lighthouse & tide pools visit,
or one of the beaches.. pick one..

the one where you can swim with seals,

the one where you can walk out on a 1/4 mile pier, (very scenic !)
.. then walk the old hippy-town (.. the hippies now run smoke-shops & antique stores) ..somebody was stoned the day they figured they could put a bar-cafe on the side of a pier. Eh? :drag:

I, Shelly, Kory and Ron are going hiking somewhere Shelly picked out this morning. Who would ever believe Ron and I would ever go hiking?
I guess I'm a little spoiled from Las Vegas where they meet you at the door, carry your luggage up and park your car. (some will even wash it, all for free.)
