I'm not real educated on law but I've been looking at that wash guys site someone posted below and that looks like deframation of character. Is it?
If you look in some of the pictures you can see phone#'s on some of the rigs. Someone should contact them. Maybe all could ban together and sue at one time for deframation of character <--not sure if I spelled that right and force them into bankruptcy. I don't know much about them but I've heard a lot of bad things about them.
There is one picture on their site where they claim the person is dumping waste water into the storm drain but it doesn't show anything, you can't see any activity at all in the poor quality picture.
Any former lawyers on here care to comment?
