Wall cleaning

I picked up some 18 ft high painted block. It has Bakery crust or stain on the walls, I dont have to worry about the paint so much, but would like to save it. The paint shows at a fair to good condition.

Heres the problem, I cant pw it cause of cooking equipment below, containment, or flow of water. They will shut down, But still have alot of concerns, Like How to do it in a short amount of time, HAHA...

Just looking for past nightmares, Ideas that worked swell, or concerns I may have over looked.

Right now, It looks like the old timer way of good ole elbow grease and alot of towels, working from the ground up to help on the streaks.

I will use a good wall cleaner like tsp and some bleach.

What do you guys think?

Thanks guys,

Matt

Hello mattia,

We have a wall & conveyor system that we clean next to equipment in a food manufacturing plant. We use about 15,000 sq. ft. of plastic.

Cover the equipment, get a lift to reach over equipment. Apply detergent low pressure, brush, rinse, low pressure & volume. Kinda like doing a kitchen exhaust system just in reverse! :)

Call me if you want.

Matt,

That foam looks like BARBASOL, can you shave with it? What kind of compressure did you need to do that? Did it work?

Matt,

Is the first part of the rest name, green or black balls that people can eat? The balls are turned into oil for cooking and salad dressing. You certainly got that "edible green/black ball-garden" duct shining! Nice foaming.
